Socialist elected to RMT leadership
Former London regional organiser Steve Hedley has been elected assistant general secretary of the RMT.
Steve told Socialist Worker, “The McNulty report threatens massive cuts to our railways. Our defence has to be an industrial strategy.
“I will be arguing in the union for coordinated action among all companies to stop the devastation that McNulty wishes to bring.”
