Over 100 workers at Anglian Windows in Norwich struck on Friday of last week and Monday of this week over pay.

The workers, in the GMB union, have been campaigning for three years over a dispute about wages. Some workers claim the company owes them more than £1,800 in back pay. GMB organiser Ivan Mercer said, “All of our members are paid per item they produce and the company have not honoured a pay increase which was supposed to have come into force three years ago. Further action is planned.”
