Egyptian strikers' victory inspires Cairo Conference

Civil service workers in Egypt celebrate after hearing that the government has caved in to their demands for higher wages in December last year.

Egyptian trade unions are central to organising the sixth Cairo Conference, which brings together activists from across the globe to challenge war and neoliberalism.
