Disabled workers at Sheffield’s Remploy Factory are voting for strike action, over the company changing workers’ conditions and outsourcing work.

GMB branch secretary James Stribley said, “The company is failing to consult while trying to change terms and conditions. It is ignoring agreements.”

In a consultative ballot the 120 workers had voted 80 percent for industrial action.
