TEN WOMEN shop workers at Cadbury World in Birmingham have won their fight for pay parity with Cadbury factory shop staff.

The women, backed by the TGWU union, stood firm in taking industrial action and have won a backdated pay rise worth an extra £80 a week, plus a new shop and enhanced employment conditions.

The pay rise will be backdated to the end of March this year. They will move into a new facility in October and will have a further pay rise to take them to over £8 an hour in December.
