Olympics: spending to save?

When Gordon Brown condemned excessive bonuses, perhaps he meant the £10 million bonus given to consultancy firm CLM last year.

They have been given a whopping £106 million of public money in the last three years.

Their job? To keep down the cost of the Olympics.
