PCS ballot at Revenue & Customs call centres

Issue No. 2143

Around 10,000 members of the PCS union working for Revenue & Customs contact centres are balloting for industrial action against the imposition of a new shift rota and other issues.

The ballot closes on 2 April.

Meanwhile, the department has suspended the planned outsourcing of security guards, following a PCS campaign.
