Prisme workers head for the G20

Issue No. 2144

Workers from the occupied Prisme packaging plant in Dundee will be joining the Put People First march in London this Saturday.

“The G20 should represent people‚Äôs interests but instead it represents the rich,” said Dave, one of the occupying workers.

“But workers are more important than the fat cats. If we stand together we can defend jobs.”

The workers took over the plant at the beginning of this month after management announced immediate closure with no redundancy pay.
