More votes for action in the NUJ

A group of journalists at Thomson Reuters press agency have voted for strikes to defend their nine-day working fortnight.

The NUJ union members, who used to work for Thomson Financial News, voted by 59 percent in favour of strike action and 83 percent in favour of industrial action short of a strike.

They were set to meet this week to decide their next step.
