PCS to strike for conditions

Issue No. 2147

Over 10,000 members of the PCS civil service workers’ union in call centres in the Revenue & Customs department are building up to take action against attacks on their terms and conditions.

They voted overwhelmingly for action over the issue recently.

Negotiations between the union and management broke down last week. The union is now planning what action to take on the issue.
