John Bulmer: photographs from the north of England to South America

This new exhibition at the Hereford Photography Festival focuses on the work of John Bulmer from 1959 to 1979.

Bulmer was a pioneer of colour photography in the early 1960s, working for the Sunday Times colour magazine.

He photographed miners and street scenes in northern mill towns, the French countryside, weddings in Liberia and festivals in Paraguay.
