Workers at the City of Bristol College are balloting for strike action over job losses.
The college is undertaking a “staffing review”, which the UCU union says will mean compulsory redundancies.
College management say that the redundancies are necessary to cut costs.
The union argues that savings can be made elsewhere. The principal and 21 senior post holders at the college earn between £60,000 and £170,000 a year with bonuses on top.
