Unite Against Fascism launch in Wales

Issue No. 2192

Around 60 people came to the launch of Unite Against Fascism (UAF) Wales last Saturday in Cardiff.

Peter Hain opened the conference talking about how to fight the BNP today.

He looked at the lessons of the 1970s saying, “Most of all we had unity in action.”

Andy Richards, secretary of the Unite union in Wales said, “Only in steadfast opposition can we defeat them. But to do nothing is not an option.”
