Campaigning against the Nazis

Bristol

Four groups of anti‑Nazi campaigners were out across Bristol last Saturday.

People from the local mosque joined leafleting in south Bristol. In north Bristol school students came and helped out on stalls.

People from the Labour Party also took leaflets to give out as part of their campaign. Local CWU and PCS unions donated money to produce Unite Against Fascism leaflets.

Leeds

Activists held a gig last Saturday night. Liz reports, “The event was called by mainly Asian and Muslim youth after we mobilised to stop the English Defence League in the city last October.

“Unite Against Fascism and Love Music Hate Racism sold over 400 tickets! The night was a fabulous success.”


Cardiff

Wales UAF is mobilising against the British National Party and the Welsh Defence League.

Activists held a joint PCS union and UAF stall in Cardiff town centre last Saturday and are leafleting Cardiff City football ground this week. Email unitewales@live.co.uk
