Right to Work was to hold a seminar on the issue of the anti-union laws, in London on Thursday.
John Hendy QC, a leading trade union lawyer, will be speaking together with NUJ general secretary Jeremy Dear and RMT executive member Oliver New.
The anti-union laws have shot up the agenda recently after being used by Network Rail bosses to stop the RMT transport union’s planned strike earlier this month.
The laws have also been used recently against BA cabin crew workers and London bus workers in the Unite union.
Morning Star assistant editor Richard Bagley and Socialist Worker editor Charlie Kimber will also be speaking.
