The Tories are coming for every single one of us.
The new government has already slashed billions of pounds from local councils, housing budgets and schools.
The cuts are destroying living standards and making life more miserable for the poorest.
But the Tories plan to go much, much further. They want our pensions, pay and services.
There are at least 18 millionaires in David Cameron’s “austerity cabinet”. Collectively they are worth around £50 million.
Sixteen out of 29 of them went to public schools. These are the scum who are demanding that we swallow cuts – so that they and their fat cat friends don’t have to.
They are trying to help out the bosses, who issue daily attacks on “gold plated” pensions and the “bloated” public sector.
But it is the rich who are bloated. The recession hasn’t stopped them from grabbing more.
The wealth of the richest 1,000 people in Britain went up by a third over the past year – to £336 billion.
It’s not our fault if there is a budget deficit.
Ordinary people didn’t decide to throw billions of pounds at the banks – and then let them return to business as usual.
There is already resistance to the cuts. We need to unite all those who are raging at the onslaught – and create a force that can smash the Tories.
Making the Right to Work protests on budget day as big as possible is a good place to start. Join the demonstrations on Tuesday of next week.
