Defend arrested cleaner Mudashiru Atooki, says RMT

Issue No. 2222

The RMT transport union has called a protest in central London on Monday of next week against the arrest of its member, Mudashiru Atooki.

Atooki was arrested for alleged immigration offences while attending a meeting at the Initial cleaning company’s office last month. He was later freed.

The union believes this is an attack on migrant workers and the right to organise. Two demonstrations have already taken place in support of Atooki.

Demonstrate 11am, Monday 11 October at Initial’s offices, 13-27 Brunswick Place, London N1 6DX
