London Underground worker Arwyn Thomas won a second interim relief Employment Tribunal last week over his sacking.
The RMT union has said that the verdict should mean the end to bosses’ “campaign of bullying and harassment of union activists”.
The company will now pay Arwyn as he awaits a full hearing in May.
Eamon Lynch, RMT Bakerloo Line drivers’ health and safety rep, has been sacked.
It will take a powerful response from the union to stop this bosses’ offensive.
