Fight for jobs goes on at Identity and Passport Service

Issue No. 2246

Bosses are going ahead with the closure of 33 interview offices in the Identity and Passport Service.

Some 150 jobs are at risk.

Workers are angry at the job cuts and the downgrading of their work.

The workers’ PCS union is continuing to campaign against the attacks, despite losing a ballot for strikes in December.
