The post workers’ CWU union has called a demonstration for jobs and against the British National Party (BNP) in Stoke-on-Trent.
The protest is being organised to defend 400 threatened jobs at the Royal Mail Customer Service Centre, and to oppose other cuts.
And together with that, it will also be a call to stand against the far right ahead of elections in which the BNP hope to make gains.
Saturday 30 April. March assembles from 1pm at Cannon Street, Hanley, ST1 4EB
