This work by a Turner Prize winning artist features the wreckage of a car blown up in the bombing of a book market in Baghdad in Iraq, which killed 38 people.
The museum says it wants to present evidence of the impact of modern war on civilians.
At the start of the 20th century, 10 percent of war casualties were civilians—now it is 90 percent.
