'Revolutionary Egypt: the view from the workplaces' - meeting with reports from Cairo

Come and hear British trade unionists report from May Day in Cairo.

A group of British trade unionists, including members of the PCS, RMT, UCU, CWU, NUT and NUJ recently travelled to Egypt, met members of the new independent federation of trade unions, spoke to activists who are in the frontline of workers’ struggles and took part in the country’s May Day events.

Come to the meeting to hear their experiences, discuss how the movement is developing after the fall of Hosni Mubarak and organise to build solidarity with genuine unions.
