A man killed himself and said it was down to benefit cuts in his suicide note, an inquest has heard.
Walkers found Paul Willcoxson hanging in the New Forest on 14 April.
The 33-year old from Northamptonshire, had mental health problems. In his suicide note he expressed concerns about government cuts, Southampton Coroner’s Court was told last week.
The case echoes that of disabled writer Paul Reekie, who committed suicide last year. He left no suicide note, but there were two letters on his table: informing him that his housing and incapacity benefit had been stopped.
