AEI Cables workers march against sackings

Workers from AEI Cables, who were sacked without notice, marched in Birtley, Tyne and Wear, on Thursday of last week.

One worker, Steve, said, “I feel we have been sacrificed. Those bastards just want us to lay down.” And Ian Mcfarling said, “I just want to be treated as a human being.”
