TUSC meeting talks tactics

Issue No. 2261

Candidates and campaign organisers for the Trade Unionist and Socialist Coalition (TUSC) met in London last Saturday to discuss the potential for the campaign.

The 60-strong gathering talked about how there had been some recovery of the Labour vote at the last election.

But it felt there was still space for a challenge from the left.

Challenges ahead will include Tusc’s strategy for next year’s Greater London Assembly and mayoral elections, both of which will be discussed over the coming months.
