Defend union rep Paddy Brennan

Issue No. 2264

Workers at the Honda car maker’s plant in Swindon will find out next week if management will move to further punish Unite union rep Paddy Brennan.

Unite members believe that Paddy has been suspended on “trumped up charges” as part of an attack on the union. Bosses are attempting to change a double time payments deal for Saturday working.

The union beat off a derecognition attempt earlier this year.
