Socialist Worker

The Press Photographer’s Year

Issue No. 2267

The past year has seen the world alter dramatically. These changes are chronicled, often beautifully, in The Press Photographer’s Year exhibition.

Among the photos we can see the famous image of Prince Charles and Camilla trying to dodge the student protests in London. Others show students as they trash Millbank Tower and square up to lines of riot police.

We can also see the progress of the Arab Spring, from the masses who occupied Tahrir Square to the increasingly complex war in Libya.
