Socialist Worker is on the move!

Our fund to improve your paper and our premises is off to a great start.

Issue No. 1922

‘Active trade unionists are indebted to Socialist Worker. Its reporting on our dispute was a breath of fresh air.

It put across our case and gave us a sense of the real support we had. It was the opposite of the mainstream media. Thanks for your support.’

Our fund to improve your paper and our premises is off to a great start. A black history film night held last weekend in London was the first of a number of events to help raise money.

Readers have sent donations ranging from £5 to £500, and £11,535 has been raised so far.

We need the money urgently. Just to report the European Social Forum we need £1,535.

You will have noticed the excellent pictures that now enliven the paper. We have to pay for many of them—and each one costs us around £80.

Each week we’ll be telling you how your money is used, and how you can help make the paper better.

You can donate online here or by Phone on 020 7538 2707 or by post Cheques payable to “SW Moving Fund” Send to PO Box 82, London E3 3LH

If you enjoy Socialist Worker, please consider giving to our annual appeal to make sure we can maintain and develop our online and print versions of Socialist Worker. Go here for details and to donate.
