Don’t take us for a ride, say Arrow Taxis drivers

Scores of drivers at Leeds-Bradford Airport’s private hire taxi provider walked out on Friday of last week after 11 of them were suspended.

Arrow Taxis drivers took action over the amount of commission the firm charges them on airport jobs. Strikers blocked much of the main road with their parked cars.

Driver Tahir Hamid said “We are being treated like rubbish. Nobody has done anything wrong.”
