The inquest into the killing of Mark Duggan in Tottenham last year may never happen, a pre-inquest hearing has been told.
Police shot and killed Mark in August last year—sparking riots in London and across England.
A coroner said that sensitive material relating to police “decision making” meant the probe may not happen. Or it might be held in “closed sessions” with details kept private.
Mark’s aunt called the move “delaying tactics”.
