The CIA claims it “foiled” an underwear bomb plot by seizing the bomb. But its pants are smouldering.
The supposed Al Qaida member who was going to carry the bomb onto a US-bound plane was in fact a CIA agent, it has emerged.
He was the one who had the bomb—and he just handed it over to his bosses.
So the CIA in fact did nothing but “catch” their own man, with his own bomb.
That’s not a foiling—it’s just pants.
Meanwhile the US military has been caught running a training course that taught troops to prepare for a “total war” against Islam.
It reportedly taught that a nuclear attack on Mecca would be acceptable—and Muslim civilians should be attacked “wherever necessary”.
Lecturer Lieutenant Colonel Matthew Dooley told students they were an anti-Islamic “resistance movement”. He has been suspended.
Similar ideas have previously been found in FBI training materials.
