Evicted man dies in shed…
Malcolm Frost was found dead in his garden shed last week—ten days after he was evicted from his home.
Malcolm, aged 61, was severely malnourished when he died. His neighbour Roy Edwards, who brought Malcolm food, had alerted Cheshire East council three months ago and got no help.

The rich use offshore tax havens to avoid billions in tax. By treating houses as if they were companies they can avoid capital gains and stamp duty. Since 1999 around 95,000 “entities” have been set up to hold property in Britain.
Tories lied over Remploy cuts
Only 35 disabled workers have found new work since 31 Remploy factories closed in August, contrary to Tory claims.
The government said the 1,021 workers sacked when it closed the factories would be able to find alternative employment. The remaining factories are to shut by April.
Essex cops on trial for racism
Two Essex police officers are on trial after a colleague accused them of repeatedly using racist language.
Both deny using threatening words or behaviour to cause alarm and distress and one count each of racially-aggravated harassment. The trial continues.
