They are fighting an attack on their pay that could cost some workers up to £8,000 a year.

The workers are members of the Unite union.

Tony, a Equinox worker from Wandsworth, joined the picket of the company’s head office in Southwark. 

He said, “I’m down to lose 25 percent of my pay. 

“Normally I would just carry on as normal but I’ve come to the decision that I have to make a stand.”
