Over 100 striking care workers and their supporters rallied in Rochdale on Saturday of last week.
It was the first day of a two-day strike by Future Directions staff over a massive assault on their pay and conditions.
The strike was solid and further days are planned.
The staff provide support to people with learning disabilities in supported accommodation.
Bosses have imposed new contracts that mean some workers will lose as much as £10,000 a year. This includes cutting enhancements for working unsociable hours as well as sick pay.
Solidarity donations and messages have come from union branches across the region.
