Anger rising in Baker's Union

The BFAWU bakers’ union conference opened in Bridlington, east Yorkshire, last Sunday, with union president Ian Hodson calling for a general strike.

Delegates discussed how new scanning devices are used to attack food workers’ conditions. Activists and stewards from Greggs held a lively fringe meeting.
