More than a million Communists and trade unionists were tortured and killed by right wing paramilitaries in Indonesia during the 1960s. 

Documentary maker Joshua Oppenheimer has travelled to Indonesia, found people who carried out the killings and got them to reconstruct the murders for this unsettling documentary.
