Food bank protests target HSBC

Issue No. 2363

Uk Uncut protesters held actions at 13 branches of HSBC around Britain on Saturday of last week.

In Nottingham and in Brixton, south London, they occupied the bank’s premises and turned them into a food bank.

More than half a million people in Britain now rely on food banks. HSBC uses tax havens more than any other bank in Britain.
