Workers at housing association One Housing Group were set to strike from Wednesday to Friday of this week.
Around 150 workers in the Unite union joined a previous three day strike last month, against plans to slash pay for 200 staff.
The pay cut, of up to £8,000 a year, comes on top of a three year pay freeze—even though the company’s profits tripled last year.
A follow-up strike was postponed in the hope of talks with the Acas conciliation service, but bosses have yet to respond.
Pickets are planned at 11 sites around London.
