End Iraq sanctions

CAMPAIGNERS plan a march on Downing Street on Sunday to demand the ending of sanctions on Iraq.

The sanctions, in place since the 1990 Gulf War and backed by Tony Blair, deny medicines and vital health equipment to Iraq, and have killed an estimated 500,000 Iraqi children.

  • Lift the sanctions on Iraq. Assemble 1pm, Sunday 5 August, Temple Place, Embankment, London.
