23 COPIES of Socialist Worker were sold last week outside Llanwern steelworks in South Wales. 15 papers were sold at Longbridge car plant, 5 at each of Camford Pressings in Llanelli, Britannia House in Bradford and GEC in Manchester. On Saturday 100 papers were sold in Birmingham, 85 in Sheffield, 63 in Nottingham, and, on two new sales, 35 in Levenshulme in Manchester and 17 in Bromsgrove.

In the last week 2 joined the Socialist Workers Party in Brighton and Birmingham; 1 in Swansea, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Chesterfield, Peckham, Lewisham, Harrow, and Victoria Park and Mare Street in Hackney.
