THE M25 THREE, three black men wrongly convicted of murder, start their appeal on Monday 12 June at the Court of Appeal in central London. Raphael Rowe, Michael Davis and Randolph Johnson were jailed in 1990 for murder and robbery along the M25. The three have always protested their innocence. Campaign press officer Pauline Smith says, "We hope that the crown will throw in the towel on the first day, but we think they will fight tooth and nail. The appeal could last three weeks. We are asking everyone to turn up at 9.30am at the Court of Appeal at the High Court at Aldwych in the Strand on Monday 12 June to show their support for the M25 Three."
