NEW LABOUR peers are threatening a revolt because the government is reluctant to regulate care for the elderly. The normally loyal lords are furious that the government has no plans to regulate the selling of insurance policies to cover long term care. They rightly point to the scandal of pension "mis - selling" and ripoff mortgage advice.
