WORKERS AT Ektacolour Finishing at Kodak in north west London are still standing solid in their decision not to volunteer for overtime after four weeks. The action has shaken management. They are over one million square metres of photographic paper behind in production and the figure is growing daily. Last week the 200-strong workforce, who are in the TGWU union, rejected another management "offer". The company also replied to the union's wage claim with a flat 10 per week increase. This falls far short of the joint union claim of a flat rate increase of 30.
