Stobart drivers vote for strikes

Issue No. 2395

Around 400 car transporter drivers could strike at Stobart Automotive against threats to jobs and for a pay rise.

The Unite union members voted by 85 percent for strikes on a 70 percent turnout. A strike could hit deliveries for major brands.

The company was formed in 2012 when Stobart Group bought Autologic.
