Workers at One Housing Group in London were set to strike from Friday of this week until Tuesday of next week.
The action involves members of the Unite union at sites across London. The workers struck several times against an attack on their pay last year.
They are now acting to defend Bryan Kennedy, who was lead union convenor during the dispute. Bryan was suspended in February of this year.
Workers believe the suspension is a result of his union activities. They have held a number of protests and voted overwhelmingly to back him by striking.
