Protesters turned a planned national roadshow by Britain First into a disaster for the fascists last weekend.

Anti-fascists turned out along the route to oppose the roadshow. The racists’ first meeting was set for Cessnock station in Glasgow.

Some 200 anti-fascists turned out to demonstrate against them on a protest called by Unite Against Fascism. The Nazis were a no-show at their meeting place.

Activists in Wigan also organised a counter-demonstration to the fascists, who could only muster 19 for their meeting.

After several of the fascists tried to threaten an Asian shopkeeper, residents came out to protect the shop. The fascists were taken away under police escort.
