Electricians in the Unite union struck on Friday of last week and Monday of this week at Hackney Homes against the use of targets to dock their pay.
Hackney Homes is an arms length management organisation managing council homes in the east London borough.
The 21 workers carry out repairs and maintenance for residents’ homes.
More than half have lost pay for failing to meet targets—some as much as 20 percent of their income.
Around 90 maintenance workers in the Unite union at Scottish Borders Housing Association are being balloted for strikes.
They are angry at changes to terms and conditions that the union says would cost workers up to £50 a week.
