Nato airstrikes killed 11 people, including children, in the eastern province of Kunar in Afghanistan on Wednesday of last week.
Western forces are currently pulling out of the country, which is locked in crisis. More than 12 years of Western occupation have left it devastated and the Taliban is in the ascendancy.
Presidential elections took place six months ago, but both candidates are claiming victory.
And talks brokered by US secretary of state John Kerry have been deadlocked.
