Traffic wardens call off strikes for deal

A planned traffic wardens’ strike in Ealing, west London, was called off last week.

Around 50 Unite union members employed by NSL had been set to strike over pay on Thursday of last week.

Bosses had offered a rise of 1.5 percent for this year.

Workers have accepted a two-year deal of 2 percent for 2014 and 1.5 percent for 2015.
