A victim of child abuse by establishment figures has come forward and indentified one of his abusers as a former deputy head of MI6.
The man, Nick, is now in his 40s.
He picked out a photo of Sir Peter Hayman, a former deputy director of the secret service, according to the Sunday People newspaper.
Nick said Hayman was one of a group of men who raped him as a child.
He also says two former Conservative MPs were part of a group of men who abused him in the Dolphin Square apartments in central London.
Meanwhile a Home Office review of a review into missing files about allegations of child abuse was released on Tuesday.
It concluded a sophisticated cover-up was “unlikely” to have taken place.
